My images are not displaying!
This is one of the most common questions/problems I get from the community. And 99% of the time it’s due to a theme conflict with the plugin. The second most common issue is that the end user has picked the wrong CSS ID or does not know which is the right one. Good news though! There’s a nifty tool called Firebug (an addon for the Firefox web browser) that can help diagnose both of these problems. Can I have more time interval options to display the images like every 25 minutes?
I get a lot of requests for custom time rotations. Unfortunately, when you start getting into the more custom time intervals, the complexity of the plugin function logic increase significantly. While I am always happy to hear requests and will always work to improve and develop new time options, at this time I just don’t have the time to fulfill them all.

Are you available for support issues? I need help!
I try my best to help as many people as I can. But with a full time job and other projects I work on, my time is limited. I have tried to provide as many support tools on this website as I could. What is CSS? And what is a CSS ID tag?
If you are new to CSS, or even HTML, don’t fear. It’s really not that difficult and is something that will really come in handy. Here are some good beginner links and tutorials for you to check out: W3 HTML tutorial, Tizag’s CSS tutorial, W3 CSS Intro, or the W3C HTML and CSS Tutorial.

Why can’t I add more than 5 pictures?
The basic version of the plugin is only configured for a maximum of 5 pictures. If you would like to have unlimited pictures, please upgrade to the pro version.

What types of files can I add to my images directory?
You can add any file type you want: gif, jpg, jpeg, bmp, etc, etc. There are no limitations for file types.
